How fast can I get my portraits?
We strive to provide your web previews within a day after your sitting. We’ll notify you by e-mail with a link when your previews are on-line.
The best images are uploaded as previews at DuaneLong.Photoreflect.com internet gallery allowing you to make a fast and easy selection of the three final images you will receive. Allow another 3 days after you select your favorite poses for us to prepare your digital files. We can bring your package to you or mail it.
What do I get with the standard business portrait package?
Choose three images from your portrait session. We’ll do our basic retouching and then prepare your reproduction-ready digital files. You get your portraits in color 5 x 7 size at 300 DPI and 72 DPI in JPEG format.
What does the business portrait package cost?
We come to you ! The standard business portrait package is $99.00 which includes a location set up fee and all file prep for your chosen three images.
Can you photograph our staff also?
Yes, and this saves time for your people and can be cost-effective if you have many individuals that need photos at the same time because there is no travel or separate scheduling necessary for them. Each additional person after the one covered above, is only $ 30.00. We would need a room with a minimum 8' ceiling and at least a 10’x15’ floor space.
Can I get more than three poses, or extra prints?
Yes, for a modest additional fee when you request them as part of your original order. File preparation for each additional pose is $30.00, which includes all the same sizes and formats as the pose included in your package.
Do you keep these stored for me?
No, sorry. I am only responsible for 30 days. You own these photo-files, and please feel free to make as many copies as you like. In fact I would encourage you to make two CD copies and put them in separate places for safe keeping.
Copyright and usage: All photography is copyright by Duane Long, photographer and we may use the images for advertising and display .You are purchasing a license to reproduce your portraits in press kits, newsletters, brochures, business cards, websites, and local advertising for an unlimited time period.

We can photograph your convention, conference, golf tournament, awards dinner, retirement, holiday party or any event and business function of any kind. Digital images provided to the client or if needed, onsite printing available in 4 x 6 and 5 x 7 sizes with presentation folders. These are high quality, stable archival images dry and ready to take away that night. Usually these are for couples shots or some other kind of memorable take home’s for your guests. For your holiday parties, charity balls, and breakaway fun events for your company. All images may be viewed via the Internet and additional reprints/enlargements may be purchased via our interface at www.DuaneLong.Photoreflect.com
